A taxi met an accident in Basundhara, Kathmandu on Thursday morning which killed one and injured another critically.
16-year-old Ajit Shrestha lost his life and 27-year-old taxi driver Binod Magar is critically injured.
The accident took place at 6:15 am when a tipper (Ba 2 Kha 3402) crashed with the taxi (Ba 1 Ja 3975) critically injuring the passenger Ajit Shrestha.
During the course of his treatment Ajit Shrestha breathed his last today at 7:45 am in Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital whereas the taxi driver Binod Magar is undergoing treatment at Basundhara based Chirayu Hospital.
According to police, further investigation into the case is going on.
