Violation Of International Law: Israel kills 17 Palestinians in Gaza

Israeli forces killed 17 Palestinians in a demonstration near Gaza's border with Israel. After the incident which also injured more than 1400 people Palestinian Government day of national mourning on Saturday. All the schools, universities and government institutions, across the country was off on Saturday, as per the decision of President Mahmoud Abbas.

The demonstration was made marking the 42nd anniversary of Land Day. Land Day took place on March 30, 1976, Israeli forces killed six unarmed Palestinian citizen of Israel when they were protesting against the decision of Israeli government to expropriate tracts of Palestinian's land.


According to Palestinian government officials, 22-year-old Mohammed abu Omar along with 38-year-old Mahmoud Muammar were shot dead in Rafah, while 25-year-old Mohammed Najjar was shot in the stomach in the northern Gaza strip. 
Adalah, which is a legal center developed for the rights of Palestinians in Israel, calls the action of Israeli army to be a violation os International law. 
Adalah in an statement said, "Live gunfire on unarmed civilians constitutes a brutal violation of the international legal obligation to distinguish between civilians and combatants".

Pakistani Singer Sara Wants To Sing Nepali Songs

Popular Pakistani singer Sara Raza Khan expressed her strong desire to sing Nepali songs. On the occasion of Pakistan's National Day on 23 rd  of March, a 9-member cultural team was in Kathmandu. The reality show celebrity turned singer sang Gajalu Ti, Kutuma Kutu and Resham Firi and stated that she would love to follow the veteran singer and composer Gulam Ali Khan, who has sung many legendry Nepali songs. Sara added she felt at home here in Nepal as our food, clothes and musical instruments are almost similar to that of Pakistan. When asked what impression most Pakistani people have about the Nepali people, she answered humbleness and honesty are some things that the Pakistani people bring together to make the image about the Nepali people. Sara thinks we need to increase our cultural exchange activities to boost our people to people relation. सिरियामा रासायनिक हमला, ७० को मृत्यु

गुटा– सिरियाको गुटा सहरमा रासायनिक हमला हुँदा ७०भन्दा बढीको मृत्यु भएको छ। राहत तथा उद्दारमा खटिएका स्वयम् सेवकले दिएको जानकारीअनुसार गुटास्थित डोमा सहरमा विशालु ग्यासको आक्रमणमा परी कम्तीमा ७० जनाको ज्यान गएकोे छ। डोमा विद्रोहीको कब्जामा रहेको एकमात्र सहर हो। सिरियाको एक स्वयंसेवी संस्था द वाइड हेलमेट्सले ट्वीटर मार्फत यो घटनाका केही तस्बिरहरू सार्वजनिक गरेको छ। संस्थाले मृतकको संख्या बढ्न सक्ने बताएको छ। यद्यपी सिरियाली सरकारले भने रासायनिक हमला नगरेको प्रतिक्रिया दिएको छ। सिरियाले रासायनिक हमला गरेको भन्ने खबरलाई झुटो भनेको छ। अमेरिकी विदेश मन्त्रालयले भने रासायनिक हमलाबारे निगरानी गरिरहेको बताएको छ। अमेरिकाले सिरिया सरकारका तर्फबाट रुसले विद्रोहीविरुद्ध लडिरहेको भन्दै रुसले घटना घटाएको भए जिम्मेवारी लिनुपर्ने जनाएको छ।
